DAY 1: Guwahati- Shillong (140kms/ 4hours drive). Arrive Guwahati airport and drive to Shillong. Check-into your guest house or home stay and evening at leisure. Overnight in Shillong.

DAY 2: Shillong. Today after a leisurely breakfast, visit the Don Bosco Museum and  after lunch visit Cathedral of Mary. Overnight in Shillong.

DAY 3: Shillong- Cherrapunjee- Shillong (53kms/1.5hours drive one way). Drive to Cherrapunjee after breakfast. En route visit the famous Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak – to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Shillong city. At Cherrapunjee visit – Mawsmai Cave, Mawsmai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. After lunch at Cherrapunjee, visit Thankarang Park, Koh Ramhah and Khrem Falls. Drive back to Shillong for overnight halt.

 DAY 4: Shillong- Mawllynnong- Shillong (92 kms / 2.5 hrs drive approx). After breakfast excursion to Mawllynong (100 kms / 3 hrs drive approx). Packed lunch will be served at Mawllynnong. Drive back to Shillong for overnight stay.

Mawlynnong village, situated 90 kms ahead of Shillong on the Shillong-Dawki Road, 30 kms from Pynursla, is a village of 75 households with a population of 400. An idyllic location, this village epitomizes a standard, which all other villages need to aspire to be. Paved walkways and beautiful flowerbed all along mark the village, with waterfalls, *a living root bridge, hilly rivulets, acacia plantation and an excellent view of the faraway plains of Bangladesh all contribute to the ambience of this village. Farming of betel nut & leaves, broomsticks and pepper along with bee rearing are the primary economic activity of this Village and with the village headman himself taking the responsibility of making visitors comfortable, a day in this village gives an insight into the life of the Khasis, the influence of the Church and its metamorphosis.

 DAY 5: Shillong- Balipara/ Nameri. After breakfast, drive back to the plains of Assam and proceed to Balipara ( it will take 7 hrs of drive), and check into Wild Mahseer, evening at leisure and overnight . You could choose to stay either at Balipara or Nameri. Balipara (Wild Mahseer)- A beautiful tea bungalow where you experience the lifestyle of a tea planter. This is a perfect place to relax and be pampered by the graceful hosts and witness the breathtaking scenery. Here you can go for a tea tasting session at the Balipara tea factory and walk through the tea fields, visit the mishing tribal village close by which is known for their handlooms, handicrafts, agriculture, local brews and cuisine, engage in cooking classes at the bungalow or go for nature hikes. Nameri (Eco Camp)- Situated in Nameri National Park, Eco Camp is an ideal place for nature lovers. It has tented accomodation with attached bathrooms. It provides basic essentials. Nameri Eco Camp promotes the protection of existing indigenous cultures and the conservation of natural heritage through enhancing Environmental awareness and environmentally friendly practices

 DAY 6: Balipara/ Nameri. Day at leisure, overnight in Wild Mahseer/ Eco Camp

DAY 7: Balipara/ Nameri- Guwahati (220kms/5 hours). After an early Breakfast, drive to Guwahati Airport for your return journey.
